Nora Namoni Duran, age 82, of Emory, passed away Monday, January 4, 2016, at Senior Suite Care and Rehab in Emory.
Funeral service scheduled for Friday, January 8, 2016, 2:00 PM, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Emory. Father Victor Hernandez will officiate. Interment will follow in the Emory City Cemetery. Visitation will be at Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home Thursday evening at 6 PM and Rosary beginning at 7 PM.
Nora was born on March 14, 1933 in San Diego, Texas. Nora worked all her life in janitorial service. Nora was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Emory, and she was proud to be in charge of the kitchen there.
