Memorial service for Richard Lee Jenkins, age 73, of Sulphur Spring, will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, October 11, 2018 at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel. There will be no formal visitation. Richard passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of West Oaks Funeral Home.
