Memorial service for Melody Wallis, age 51, of Winnsboro,TX will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, November 19, 2017 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Chapel with Rev. Bruce Stinson officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Ms. Wallis passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 in Sulphur Springs, Texas.
Melody Wallis was born on July 27, 1966 in Houston, Texas to Robert and Yvonne (Harris) Briscoe, she married Matt Wallis in 2008 in McKinney, Texas. Melody was an Aide at Red River Home Health and a member of Central Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Matt; daughters, Jessica Romero, Tilena Moura, Ciara Moura and Sarah Wallis; grandchildren, Jayden Nava, Jovany Romero, Sebastian Romero and Evelyn Moura; mother, Yvonne Wallis.
Melody was preceded in death by her father and her son, Johnathan Nava.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
